In order to use all
of the features available in the live chat client, we recommend disabling
your browser's pop-up blocker for the duration of the chat, or configuring
it to allow pop-up windows from this site. Instructions are provided below
for the most commonly used pop-up blockers.
Internet Explorer Pop-up
Blocker on Windows XP (Service Pack 2):

1 ) In this browser window, click on Tools in the
menu bar.
2 ) In the drop down menu, move the mouse over Pop-up Blocker.
3 ) In the adjacent menu, click on Always Allow Pop-ups from This
Site.
4 ) In the confirmation window, click Yes to allow pop-ups for
the live chat client.
5 ) With the pop-up blocker disabled, you are now ready to chat.
6 ) Click here to close this
window and return to the chat client window. |
Google Toolbar on Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP:

1 ) In this browser window, click on the blocked
button in the Google Toolbar.
2 ) It will switch to Site popups allowed.
3 ) With the pop-up blocker disabled, you are now ready to chat.

Yahoo Toolbar on Windows
95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP:

1 ) In this browser window, click on the blocked pop-up
button in the Yahoo Toolbar.
2 ) In the drop down menu, click Always Allow Pop-ups From....
3 ) In the selection window, select the salesrep domain.
4 ) Click on the Allow button.
5 ) In the confirmation window, click OK to allow pop-ups for the
live chat client.
6 ) With the pop-up blocker disabled, you are now ready to chat.

icon in the lower-left portion of the frame.
2 ) A confirmation window will appear. Click Unblock Site.
